Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) was established on 8 May 2006, and is a property investment holding company wholly owned by Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputra (YPB).
PHB was mandated with the aim of boosting Bumiputera ownership in prime commercial real estate assets in Malaysia.
